The Resonance Hub provides complementary wellness services for people and animals, including Bowen Therapy, Reiki, Tuning Fork Therapy, and related educational offerings.

Our services are intended to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. They are not a replacement for medical, psychological, or veterinary care.

Appointments may be booked through our online booking system or by contacting The Resonance Hub directly.

When booking a session, you agree to provide accurate contact information and any information needed to help provide an appropriate and safe experience.

Please arrive prepared for your scheduled appointment time. For remote sessions, clients are responsible for having a suitable environment and the required technology.

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• etransfer for remote and in-person sessions

Remote sessions are provided through online platforms such as Zoom.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have:

• a reliable internet connection

• a suitable private space

• the necessary technology to participate

Phone sessions can be arranged if preferred

In person sessions

• The owner/guardian remains responsible for their animal’s health, safety, and veterinary care

• The owner/guardian must remain in the room while treatment is being provided

• The owner must provide accurate information about their animal

• Sessions are guided by the animal’s comfort and willingness to participate

• The Resonance Hub reserves the right to discontinue a session if safety concerns arise

Remote sessions

• The owner/guardian remains responsible for their animal’s health, safety, and veterinary care

• The owner must provide accurate information about their animal

• Sessions are guided by the animal’s comfort and willingness to participate

• The owner/guardian must remain in the room or be able to see the animal while treatment is being provided so feedback can be collected

• The Resonance Hub reserves the right to discontinue a session if safety concerns arise

For workshops, courses, and educational programs:

• Registration confirms your participation.

• Course materials are provided for personal learning use only.

• Educational content may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.

• Refund and cancellation policies will be provided at registration.
