Finding a Way Forward

One client's experience with Bowen Therapy after years of living with chronic pain.

Living with chronic pain for the past many years, I haven't really had any success with medical treatments up until this point. I became very discouraged and thought that I would have to live with my pain forever. I started to look into alternative therapies and came across Bowen Therapy, I figured I had nothing to lose and thought I would give it a try.

After speaking with Donna, I had faith that she might be able to help me. Bowen therapy has been the best thing that has happened to me. In only a few days, I began to get some relief, and as the weeks went on, I knew I was on the path to healing.

Donna is an amazing practitioner; she is very patient, and she sure knows her stuff. I cannot believe the difference she has made in my quality of life now that I no longer live with chronic pain. “Thank you, Donna. I will be forever grateful.”

Two More Years with Tucker

One family's experience with Bowen Therapy and the extra time they treasured with their beloved German Shepherd.

I want to thank Donna Woodstock for giving Tucker his life back.  Tucker was diagnosed with nerve damage in one of his hind legs, and within a week he could no longer get up by himself.  A week later he could no longer walk on his own.  My wife and I were devastated.

​Tucker was a 125lb German Shepherd.  You just can't pick up a dog of that size and take him outside to do his business.  He was only 8 1/2 years old and still very much engaged with us.  We had no idea of what we were going to do.  

Our first step was to get Tucker a wheelchair.  We knew this would help get him outside to do his business, but we weren't sure of the quality of life he would have.

 I had posted our situation on social media and Donna offered her services.  She started a program for Tucker, and within two weeks Tucker could get up on his own.  Each week he progressed until he was at the point he could walk to his water dish or go outside on his own.

​Unfortunately, the nerve damage moved to his front limbs, and it was time to say goodbye.  Tucker had almost two years of quality life and walked until the day we had to send him for his walk on the rainbow bridge.

​If not for Donna we would have had to say goodbye to Tucker a long time ago.

One client's experience with Bowen Therapy following a painful shoulder injury.

I had injured my shoulder, which in turn sent a continuous throbbing pain down my left arm. It didn't matter what position I got in; the pain was always there. I had several chiropractor appointments which helped alleviate the pain temporarily, but I was told my injury was going to be quite some time (several weeks) before it was healed due to the severity of the injury that had caused some nerve damage. That's when I asked Donna if she could help me. She worked on me a couple of times, two days apart, and then the following morning, after my last treatment with her, when I woke up, the pain had completely disappeared. It was really quite amazing how the pain just left my body, and I could return to my everyday tasks. Thank you so much, Donna, you truly have a gift of healing!
